CBI Bikes is Southeast Idaho's premiere bike shop. We have been in business since 2016 with our first location in Idaho Falls, ID. We are dealers for several top of the line bike manufactures such as Yeti, Rocky Mountain, Transition, Devinci, Kona, and Scott. We strive to provide the absolute best customer service to all those we interact with. We also tought the largest inventory in the region and best prices to match. CBI Bikes Mechainic

One of the most important things to us at CBI Bikes is the level of service that we provide our customer. With this position we expect our mechanics to be detail oriented and to make sure to provide top notch service to everyone that enters our stores. CBI Bikes Mechaincs should be up to date on all types of service such as but not limited to, servicing drivetrains, suspension, build up of full bicycles, brake bleeds and brake services. We are willing to train the right person who has previous bicycle mechanic experience on anything they are not up to speed with. Applicants should be motivated to learn and grow with the company and have a positive attitude towards their work, and provide a positive experience for all customers. Pay will be based on experience with bike mechaincs.

CBI Bikes Sales Representative

The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative is responsible for performing customer service and sales tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need while working to maintain and increase the company’s positive reputation. CBI Bikes Sales Representatives use a variety of skills with both industry and company product knowledge to provide the most comprehensive support for our valued customers and dealers as possible. Our CBI BikesSales Representatives are expected to possess extraordinary strength in the following abilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Experience Ownership:

• Inform customers about new products, services and policies
• Responsible for the day to day sales duties, and providing an overall excellent experience to all customers that enter the store or deal through phone or email communication.
• Guides callers through any questions regarding the products that we carry as well as any questions regarding sales or inventory status on products.
• Assist in training new employees as needed while also displaying a continual willingness to engage with all co-workers at CBI across departments regardless of position or title by fostering excellence in communication, upholding professionalism, respect, equal treatment and comradery overall.
• Exercises willingness to remain professional in times of high stress during sales campaigns both seasonal and otherwise while maintaining a positive and team player attitude toward customers and coworkers including engaging in conflict resolution when necessary to resolve issues
• Exercises enthusiasm and willingness to take on additional duties as assigned in areas of focus as needed such as specific focus on installation guidance, order entry, sales or other specialty areas as deemed necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of the company's products and/or services, willingness to become expert in industry product and competitor product
• Expertise in the customer service areas of focus as assigned by the manager in such as accounts, sales, technical support or other specific areas.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Basic understanding of business hierarchy, with the ability to follow leaders and managers in the appropriate chain of command while exercising scrutiny when involving management and other departments in regards to issues either personal or team related issues as they arise. The ability to problem solve fast and effectively without disruption to productivity is crucial.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Fast paced shop/retail environment
• A majority of time is spent working directly with customers in the shop and some phone and email communication
• Travel is not customary to this position

Education Requirement

High school Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience in bicycle mechanics, and sales/customer service.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
